JUST IN: Is the 2024 Election Déjà Vu? Biden Campaign Seizes on Reports of Election Illegitimacy by trump campaign.

The Biden campaign is pushing back against the claims of election illegitimacy made by allies of former President Trump. In particular, the campaign has taken a strong stance against the Heritage Foundation's Project 2025, branding it as 'Trump's Project 2025,' despite Trump's disassociation from the initiative. This criticism was sparked by the revelation that a Heritage Foundation presentation included unsubstantiated claims about federal powers influencing the presidential election, leading the campaign to label it as 'January 6 Déjà Vu '.

Mike Howell, executive director of Heritage's Oversight Project, stated, "As things stand right now, there's a zero percent chance of a free and fair election." According to The Washington Post, Howell accused the Biden administration of creating conditions that would prevent reasonable policymakers and officials from certifying an election.

Trump has distanced himself from the Project 2025 initiative and expressed disagreement with some aspects of it. The proposal outlines various policies and initiatives that some conservatives hope a future Republican administration would implement.

Biden campaign spokesperson James Singer criticized the architects of Trump's Project 2025, stating, "This document is nothing more than an attempt to justify their efforts to suppress the vote, undermine the election, and ultimately another January 6."

The Biden campaign also argued that despite numerous recounts and investigations finding no meaningful evidence of widespread fraud, Trump, the GOP, and his choice for vice president continue to push false claims about the 2020 election.

Does America want to live through this Again.
